Returns
We have a guaranteed 30-day return policy on all of our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@relaxfaucet.com. Please list your order number, full name, delivery address, along with a picture of the item showing it in its original condition. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and some items may incur a restocking fee, these will be confirmed via email prior to your return and will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your item arrives damaged we will cover return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchases made with gift cards.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery, if any damage is present please refuse delivery and take photographs. We advise you to contact us immediately so that we can investigate and make it right for you. Items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong item are eligible for free returns.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on any products. All items must be returned for a refund and a new separate purchase must be made for any new items.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Some banks may take longer than this to release the funds in your account.
