WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Most orders have a 100% refund policy providing they're cancelled before it leaves the warehouse. Handmade made-to-order items aren't available to be cancelled once the factory receives the order. Please notify us immediately at contact@relaxfaucet.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage (even damage to the box), you should refuse the delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please send photos to contact@relaxfaucet.com and we will process a replacement or compensation.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse.
If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
WILL YOU SEND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. If you incorrectly enter your email address, please contact us at contact@relaxfaucet.com.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
At Relax Faucet, we prioritize transparency and simplicity in pricing. Therefore, we do not charge any additional sales tax on our products. All taxes are already included in the listed prices, ensuring that what you see is what you pay. This policy is part of our commitment to offering a straightforward and hassle-free shopping experience.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please refer to our cancellation and exchanges policies. We will do our best to support you however cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has been ordered. If you would like to change an order, please contact us at contact@relaxfaucet.com as soon as possible and request the change.
